Modern design and features

ALE sells and installs the "DEAO"escalator DE 10/DE 20 series which meet the different requirements from broad customers because of its superior properties and the practical and flexible design.
The optimized utilization of microcomputer variable frequency technology (VVVF), ergonomics research results and the advanced manufacturing bring about the more perfect, secure and comfortable escalator with key advantages such as energy-saving operation and easy repair, maintenance and spare parts.
The design has many security characteristics. Its advanced level two-ladder application is used in the escalator entry and exit.
In this way, it offers a secure escalator platform in order to be more safe for vast passengers.

Advantages and performances
Compact structure: the escalator adopts a high intensity metal structure which can bring about more compact products and outer dimensions.
Beautiful outer appearance: the escalator aesthetic and trendy design fits perfectly with the neighbouring architecture and environment.
Comfortable and cosy: the escalator employs an advanced control system and decelerator; a remarkable drive chain and a precise assembling ensures a comfortable operation.
Safe and reliable: the escalator is strictly build conform European GB16899-1997 "The Escalator & Auto-Walk Manufacture and installation Safety Standard” and is equipped with all necessary safety devices.

When there is something wrong, while analyzing the travel
condition, the faults display will show an error number to ensure
an accurate and effective repair.
A sensor near the floor plate
detects the passengers pproaching and leaving the escalator, hence starting and stopping the escalator automatically.
Standard Functions
Handrail inlet
Novel, trendy and attractive design for the entrance and exit of the handrail belt makes the escalators more live and amicable.
Moving directions and failure display
By means of observing the digital readings on the display plates mounted on both sides of the skirts board at the entrance and exit of the escalator (or moving walks), the maintenance work can be made promptly and easily.
Step chain-roller inbuilt
The roller has been internally installed in the specially-designed roller step chain. It can effectively fulfill the reduction of the noise during the driving process and bring about a more smooth and quiet operation.
Illumination for the passengers
Green light softly beams out from the space between th engaged teeth of the two neighboring steps to remind the passengers to be aware of the level sections both at the entrance and exit, resulting in increased security for the passengers.
Vertical type traction machine
Higher transmission effectiveness, lower noise and longer service hours.
Optional Functions
Electric automatic lubrication
Controlled by PC, the lubrication signals are emitted after a preset period when the hydraulic pump is automatically activated to conduct the lubrication.
Skirt panel illumination
The skirt board illumination arranged alongside the steps' arc moving contour makes the passengers feel more comfortable and safe.
Running directions indication
The running direction and forbidden display mark have been placed in the inlet and outlet of the handrail. The obvious running or forbidden instruction ensures the sale riding of the passengers with great ease.
Skirt panel brush
The skirt board brushes, mounted on both sides of the skirt boards and located obove the steps, can not only avoid the passengers' shoes to collide on the skirt boards but also effectively avoid the entry of foreign objects into the steps.
Variable frequency driving-VVVF
When there's no load, the escalator (or moving walk) moves at low speed and when the approach of a passenger is detected, it restores to the normal speed. This shows conspicious energy saving effects, saving up to 40% of power.

Possible arrangements
Single unit
The single unit used to link two levels. It is suitable for buildings with passenger traffic flowing mainly in one direction. Flexible adjustment to traffic flow (e.g. up in the morning and down in the evening) is possible.
Continious arrangement (one-way-traffic)
This arrangement is used mainly in smaller deprtment stores to link three sales levels. It requires more space then the interupted arrangement.
Interrupted arrangement (one-way-traffic)
This arrangement is somewhat inconvenient for users, but advantageous fore department store owners, since the short detour to the next unit and the spatial separation between up and down travel is ideal for leading customers past strategically placed advertising displays.
Parallel, interrupted arrangement (two-way-traffic)
This arrangement is used mainly in department stores and public transport buildings with a heavy traffic volume. When there are three or more escalators, it should be possible to reverse the travelling direction, according to the traffic flow, This arrangement is economical, since no inner lateral claddings are required.
Crisscross, continious arrangement (two-way-traffic)
This arrangement is used mainly in major department stores, public buildings and public transport buildings where transport times between several levels should be kept to a minimum.
